New construction - The Municipal Hospital of Braunschweig
A new sustainable parking garage, built by Goldbeck, has been completed.
The parking garage belongs to the Municipal Hospital of Braunschweig. Dekfordt, in collaboration with HIG, won the tender process and acquired the parking garage for the AIF Car parking Fund.
The construction of the new building consists largely of energy-efficient, and recyclable materials. It will be the largest off-street parking garage in Braunschweig.
Various forms of mobility, including 1300 car and 300 bicycle parking spaces, will be managed for a period of 15 years by parking manager APCOA.
Electromobility is firmly integrated in the new building with no fewer than 130 charging stations (including six fast charging stations with 120 kilowatts) and 100 charging points for e-bikes.
Leipzig Augustusplatz
Dekfordt assisted in the transaction of the parking garage at Augustplatz in Germany concerning an international parking garage real estate fund. This parking garage was developed and built after "Die Wende" with the help of West German funding.
Sale & leaseback Germany
Through a sale & lease back transaction with Q-Park, Dekfordt has acquired a portfolio of parking garages in various cities in Germany for a German Parking garage Real estate Fund. The parking garages are located in Darmstadt, Bielefeld and Giessen. Part of the purchase-deal was a renovation of one of the parking garages, the renovation was included in the purchase price and was carried out in the following year.
New construction - Blok van Gendt - Venlo
The sustainable new parking garage in the center of Venlo was completed on Thursday 5 November. The assignment to build an new parking garage was established in a tender procedure. We developed together with our regular investment partner Holland Immogroup, our project partners Aan de Stegge and Q-Park. (developer / builder) and (tenant / technical). All in line with the sustainable principles of the municipality of Venlo. A circular construction, in which reuse of a large part of the building materials is made possible. The parking garage is equipped with energy-efficient LED lighting and detection sensors. 50% of the energy requirement is provided by solar panels on the roof of the garage.
Parking garage Weena in Rotterdam
Dekfordt's collaboration with HIG results in 3rd parking Fund investment for the E&G Parkhaus Fund Europe (E&G). The object is the existing parking “Weena” in Rotterdam. Matthieu Dekkers and his acquisition team purchased approximately € 100 million in parking garages for E&G in the past year.
