In 2019, Dekfordt acquired 2 new parking’s as real estate investments for the E&G Parkhaus Fonds Europe in collaboration with Holland Immo Group.
Has 3,490 parking-spaces and is located at the former nostalgic Fiat factory location. The factory was converted years ago into a combination of living, working and shopping, leisure, conference, exhibition complex with development potential. E&G Parkhaus Fonds Europe has signed a long-term lease of 30 years with Lingotto Parking.
Both Heidenheim and Lingotto are located in the immediate center area of important facilities such as shopping center, hotels, restaurants and offices.
