Parking real estate fund The Hague Maanplein

Dekfordt has purchased a new sustainable public parking garage consisting of 121 parking spaces from Borghese Real Estate and COD. The Parking is located under a green roof garden and equipped with smart LED lighting and 10 charging stations for electric transport. Dekfordt has signed a 20-year lease with Q-Park for the parking garage Maanweg. Dekfordt carries out the commercial management on behalf of the Fund.
