The “Scheveningen” parking garages: include the well-known 'Parking Kurhaus', the 'Nieuwe Parklaan' parking garage next to the AFAS Circustheater and the longest underground parking garage in the Netherlands 'Parking Strand ' with 2,030 parking spaces.

With the Dekfordt acquisition team, Holland Immo Group acquires the parking garage portfolio with Crossroads Real Estate. Crossroads is a European manager of private equity funds in the real estate sector with a thematic and operational approach to investing.

Parking Garages in Barcelona Spain
In collaboration with Holland Immo Group, Dekfordt has acquired a number of parking garage real estate investments in Spain for the E&G Parkhaus Fund Europe of AIF Capital. The second parking garage in Barcelona has now been delivered in May 2022, a third acquisition will follow soon.

Our partner Holland Immo Group has entered into a partnership with Primevest Capital Partners. Both Holland Immo Group and Primevest Capital Partners offer real estate investment funds in specialized sectors such as homes and parking garages. This collaboration will give more striking power on the supply side of the investments as well as on the purchase side to private and institutional investors.
Overall, the board has been expanded, with Mr Peter Helfrich and Gaston Hupkens, respectively Managing Partner and Head of Operations, joining Primevest Capital Partners. As of November 1, 2021, they will now form the board of Holland Immo Group as well. Manfred and Thomas Kühl will remain part of the board and actively involved for a period of approximately 1.5 years.
As a result of the collaboration between Holland Immo Group and Dekfordt, this acquisition by Primevest offers Dekfordt an extension of its acquisition and commercial asset management activities for the parking funds. Matthieu Dekkers (Dekfordt) is pleased that his specialized team will carry out all acquisitions exclusively for the various parking funds, including Primevest.
