E&G Parkhaus Fonds Europe
Start European acquisition
In collaboration with HIG Dekfordt acquired the first parking garage real estate investment for the E&G Parkhaus Fonds Europe in Rijswijk, for which Q-Park executes the operations. Different existing and new constructed acquisitions are in a final state. Thomas Pohle, managing director of White Label RAP and his team, support the acquisition team of Matthieu Dekkers for the acquisitions in Finland, Germany, Austria and Eastern European countries.
Parking Fund VII
Winning tender
Together with an investor for the shopping mall Den Bosch Arena HIG and Dekfordt won the tender with which they obtained the parking garage below for Parking Fund VII. Due to the teamwork in an early stage of the process, the collaborating partners brought out a successful bid. Dekfordt’s expertise and experience with this kind of tender, contributed to a quick and diligent bidding process.
Parkeer Vastgoedfonds Amsterdam Bos en Lommerplantsoen
Purchase new parking facility
Dekfordt bought the parking facility ‘Bos en Lommerplantsoen’ in Amsterdam, a parking lot with 168 parking spots. The Dekfordt Fund bought it from BLP1, a collaboration between developer AM and rental corporation Stadgenoot. Dekfordt guided the preparations, the purchase, the private placements, contracted the operator ParkingYou for the parking lot and manages the Fund.
