Attractive parking arrangements for residents and facility users
Dekfordt obtained the parking garage underneath the combined residential and work complex ‘De Loodsen’ in Amsterdam and placed it in private placements of a limited group of investors. The facility consists of 116 public parking spots and 330 private parking spots for the residents. The developer Synchroon and housing corporation IJmere owned the public part of the garage. Dekfordt bought this part of the garage, because the housing corporation wanted to focus on the housing. Dekfordt and the parking operator offer the residents and users of the facilities at ‘De Loodsen’ an attractive parking arrangement.

Sale new parking garage provides a financial healthy start
With a height of 103 meters The Amstel Tower is the highest residential and hotel tower of the Dutch capital city Amsterdam. The 192 rental apartments and the 7,500 m2 hotel have an underground parking garage that was bought by Holland Immo Group. Dekfordt presented the option of selling the garage in pre-stage of the building process. This provided the developer with a comprehensive financing when started building this prestigious project.
A condition of developer Heijmans of the re-development ‘De Fenixloodsen’ in Rotterdam, was the sale of the parking garage that was part of it, at the beginning of the project.
The developer gave ‘De Loodsen’ a new life: 212 high demanded rental and owner apartments, commercial space for restaurant- and retail business, theatre and a parking garage. The project made a prosperous start due to Dekfordt’s mediation for HIG.

The efficient and costumer friendly parking garage at the new development Boston & Seattle in the centre of Rotterdam came to be due to the partnership between Dekfordt and other parties involved.
The development of 220 apartments, 1,500 m2 commercial space and an underground parking garage went well because of the expert guidance from Q-Park and Dekfordt. The sale of the parking garage in an early stage was part of the developers business plan strategy.

HIG bought the existing parking garage ‘Koningsplein’ in the city Enschede. Dekfordt arranged the financial solutions for the parking and organised the partnership between the developer, the operator and the investor. Selling the parking garage provided the developer with the finances to start the re-development of the shopping mall.
