Dekfordt guided E&G Parkhaus Fonds Europe with the purchase off a sale & lease back transaction of a parking garage portfolio from Q-Park worth 45 million euro for a E&G Parkhaus Fonds Europe parking garage real estate fund.
Parking Fund III
First successful partnership between builder, operator and financier
In 2014 the parking garage real estate Parking Fund III was placed through Reyersen Van Buuren, in collaboration with Holland Immo Group. The object of investment is the public parking garage at the ‘Zaans Medical Centre Hospital’ in Zaandam. This project came to be due to the partnership between the builder and the operator and was guided by Dekfordt.
Parking Fund II
Winning tender
The parking garage real estate fund Parking Fund Nederland II was acquired by Holland Immo Group and Dekfordt and placed in collaboration with Reyersen Van Buuren. The object of investment is the public parking garage at the ‘Maasstad Hospital’, with an investment volume of 22 million euro. The object came to be by a tender in collaboration with Q-Park due to Dekfordt’s guidance.
